Williams was born in

He has one older brother James and one younger brother Simon. There is 22 months between each of the brothers. Williams has German, Welsh as well as Jewish descent. Jeremy made his stage debut at the age of 4 in a groundbreaking school production of the "Yellow Submarine" at King David School, Moseley, Birmingham. At 8 years old he was one of hundreds of contestants in the national search for theMilkybar Kid and could be seen on TV:am. After secondary school, Jeremy studied language and sociology at the University of Hull, spending a year in Hamburg as a drama and English assistant at Gesamtschule Heinrich Hertz. Theatre
William's interest in performance furthered since school age, however as he attended an all boys school and Jeremy was small he always got cast as the girl in productions. This trend continued into secondary school (King Edward VI Five Ways Grammar School, Bartley Green) and to a certain extent in adult life, perhaps most notoriously in Jean Genet's "The Maids" at the Edinburgh Festival [ [http://www.edinburghguide.com/festival/2005/fringe/review_theatre.php?page=p EdinburghGuide.com - Reviews: Edinburgh Fringe Festival 2005] ] where he won rave reviews for his portrayal of Claire (see below reviews). After working for Gesamtschule Heinrich Hertz Jeremy decided to enter the world of acting full time and following a successful run of "The Maids' and playing Joey in Jim Cartwright's 'Road' and several appearances in 'The Irish Rover Presents..', Jeremy returned to the UK determined to pursue his career. In 2007 he made his Royal Shakespeare Company debut in
William Shakespeare 's 'Henry V (play) ' directed by "Pippo Delbono" at The Swan theatre in Stratford-on-Avon.
