History

MSRSAS is part of the Gokula Education Foundation started in 1962, by Sri. M. S. Ramaiah. MSRSAS was established in 1999. By now it offers a wide variety of courses like M.Sc.(engg) in 13 areas, Engineering research leading to Ph.D. in 6 areas, Management studies MBA in Engineering Operations in collaboration with Coventry University of UK. Many of the faculty members are involved in sponsored research. Indian Space Research Organisation and Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) have sponsored a number of projects.
The School publishes quarterly newsletter and a half yearly technical journal on regular basis.
The School has a consultancy cell called SAS TechnoSolutions and it has been offering services to leading industries. More than 120 industries are interacting with the School
