The Greenbank Sports Academy is a sports and leisure facility for disabled people, located in the
Sefton Park area ofLiverpool ,England . As well as offering opportunities for disabled people, it also offers an inclusive environment whereby all ranges of abilities and disabilities can take advantage of the wide variety of facilities that are available for public use.It has a 500-seat sports hall which is used as the home venue for the
Everton Tigers professionalbasketball team, who joined the eliteBritish Basketball League in 2007.The Greenbank Sports Academy is a non-profit making organisation and part of the Greenbank Project. The Greenbank Project is registered charity number 513814. The organisation has been established since 1983 to ‘enhance the opportunities and status of people with disabilities through education, training, sport and recreation’.
