public servant , having previously served as apublic school trustee for the Trillium Lakelands DistrictSchool Board and as president of the Ontario Public School Boards Association. In his term on the OPSBA, Johnson introducedbreakfast ,co-op andliteracy programs for his district. He has also served on the LindsayChamber of Commerce .Johnson received 14,324 votes (29.5%), finishing second to Progressive Conservative incumbent Laurie Scott.
