Bristol Royal Hospital for Children also known as the Bristol Children's Hospital, is a dedicated paediatric hospital in Bristol, in the south west of England. The Bristol Children's Hospital is part of the University Hospitals Bristol NHS Foundation Trust (UHBristol) which includes seven hospitals within Bristol. The hospital is located next to the Bristol Royal Infirmary in Bristol city centre.
The new Children's Hospital opened on 22 April 2001. One of the main aims of the design, in addition to providing the most up-to-date facilities possible, was to overcome many of the difficulties that face patients, families and staff.
