Scottish Baroque music

Scottish Baroque music is a style of music that combines features of traditional Scottish music and European classical music. It originated in Scotland in the 18th century, before there was a clear distinction between folk and concert traditions. Modern Cape Breton fiddle and dance styles have roots in Scottish Baroque music.
