"Trail of Tears" is country singer Billy Ray Cyrus's 4th studio album. It was released on January 1, 1996, and is the follow up album to the 1994 album "Storm in the Heartland". It was Cyrus' first release in over two years. Two singles were released: the title track and "Three Little Words", which respectively peaked at #69 and #65 on the country charts.
