Kim holds a
B.A. fromKorea University and M.A. andPh.D. fromSociology ,Stanford University where he stood under the influence ofMichael Hannan , Ezra Zuckerman andMark Granovetter . He was anAssistant Professor of Management of Organizations at theHong Kong University of Science and Technology , 2000-2004 and was aVisiting Scholar at theMassachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management in 2005. He is currently anAssociate Professor of Graduate School of Business(SKK GSB) atSungkyunkwan University , which is collaborating with the MIT Sloan School of Management and is being financially supported by theSamsung Foundation .Selected Publications
