History

The club was founded in 1927 and is actual president is Jorge Sousa. In 2004-2005, obtained is best classification of all time, the fourth place in the Liga de Honra.In 2005-2006, the team was not able to keep its place in Liga de Honra and was relegated to the Portuguese Second Division.
