Charles Otis Warren (born June 21, 1975) is an American professional golfer.

Warren is currently a member of the PGA Tour. He was a member of the Nationwide Tour in 1998 and from 2000 to 2004 and a member of the PGA Tour in 1999 and 2005-2010.

Warren won the NCAA Division I Championship in 1997 while attending Clemson University.
