He pitched from 1985-1993 for the Los Angeles Dodgers and Seattle Mariners. He also played one season in Japan in 1995 for the Kintetsu Buffaloes.
As a hitter, he had three hits in his career; all were doubles. He shares the MLB record for most hits with nothing but doubles with Earl Hersh and Verdo Elmore.
