She sailed from Davisville25 October , arriving atSan Pedro, California ,15 November . After sailing on cargo duty between Port Hueneme, San Pedro, andSan Francisco, California , she sailed14 December 1945 for Norfolk where she arrived5 January 1946 .Decommissioning
"Craighead" was decommissioned
