High Television (also known as HiTV) is Entertainment Highway's multi-channel digital satellite TV service in Nigeria, launched in 2007. It uses [http://www.hypercable.fr Hypercable] Digital Terrestrial technology [cite web | title=HiTV Hypercable Case Study | publisher=Hypercable International | url =http://www.hycint.com/casestudies/casestudies_HiTV.htm | accessdate = 2008-04-12] and launched Direct to Home (DTH) Satellite technology on the August 1, 2007.

HiTV broadcasts its material on both cable and satellite at the price of N4,000($31.73) monthly. It is the first television platform in Africa to deploy Hypercable, a terrestrial pay per view TV decoder system.

English Premier League License

HiTV obtained English Premier League, La Liga and Italian Serie A Broadcast permission in Nigeria. This has gained the pay television station great popularity and it was seen as a vital step in breaking the monopoly once held by DStv in Nigeria. HiTV acquired a license to show 8 live matches a week while DStv was able to gain a license to show 2 live matches a week. HiTV, as of June 2008, has over 167,000 subscribers, making it one of Africa's fastest growing DTH/pay TV operator.also now has the tv rights to the English carling cup [2009-2011season] ,the UEFA champions league [2009-2011] ,all CAF events [2008-2016] .
