Kinmel Bay ( _cy. Bae Cinmel) is a suburb of Rhyl in Conwy county borough, north-east Wales.

Kinmel Bay is part of a large urban area including Abergele, Pensarn, Towyn, Rhyl and Prestatyn on the North Wales coast. It is a very Anglicised part of Wales with an influx of people from Liverpool and Manchester after World War II.Fact|date=December 2007
