Bihoro, Hokkaidō

nihongo|Bihoro|美幌町|Bihoro-chō is a town located in Abashiri District, Abashiri Subprefecture, Hokkaidō, Japan. The name is derived from the Ainu word "piporo".

Largely agricultural, the town is best known for the Bihoro Pass, which affords scenic views over Lake Kussharo in the Akan National Park.

As of 2008, the town has an estimated population of 22,286 and a density of 52.47 persons per km². The total area is 438.36 km².

*1919 Tsubetsu Village (津別村), now Tsubetsu Town, split
*1921 Part of Tsubetsu Village incorporated
*1923 Bihoro Village becomes Bihoro Town
