This is a list of the 100 largest cities and towns in Canada ranked by area. Areas are in square kilometres. The list includes just cities and towns in Canada and the four "regional municipalities" which are also census subdivisions (Cape Breton, Halifax, and Queens in Nova Scotia and Wood Buffalo in Alberta). Areas are according to Statistics Canada, except for Quebec where they are according to the Repertory of Quebec Municipalities.
