Range of distribution

This species is endemic to the south of the South Island of New Zealand and the Auckland Islands.

Habitat

This volute lives in deep water.

hell description

The colour of the exterior of the shell is uniformly whitish-pink, with a pale orange interior.The shell height is up to 90 mm.
