- Valorians
The Valorians are one of the six armies in
Avalon Hill 's strategy board game . The Valorians are a member of the Forces of Good, and so are placed on a beige backside. The Valorians themselves are represented by the color gold.Backstory
The Valorians were allied with the Ancients in the first wars for the Shattered Lands. They fought against the
Gargans and the , who were the Forces of Evil. Eventually, the wars escalated to a point that a neutral army, the Celestia, intervened, and created The Divide. The Divide was a magical barrier that cut off the Forces of Good from the Forces of Evil, and so the wars were delayed. However, the Divide was taken down by theQa'ans , a new race that joined forces with the Gargans and Manes. As it was, the Celestia joined forces with the Valorians and Ancients. This set off a new string of wars. From the bak story provided by the rulebook, it seems that Sir Urgwain is the leader of the Valorians. The Valorians are mostly made up ofPaladin s, Wizards, andCleric s.Description
"A heroic race whose codes of honor are as long as their titles, the Valorians are comprised of noble knights, fearsome wizards and, and the clerics of the Grand Temple. But do not let their courtly ways and fine music fool you. Their true strength is found on the field of battle, where epics are written and brave men create legends."
