Demetrius Ross

Demetrius "Sir Jam" Ross (1989-) is a musical engineer and mixer, as well as a recording artist.^[1] Ross was born into musical royalty and knighted “Sir Jam” by the NPG and welcomed into the palace of Prince. It was in Minneapolis where he served as a lyrical guardian in the Paisley kingdom. Levi Seacer, guitarist and producer, was quick to notice that “Sir Jam” was more than a rap vocalist, more like a hip hop Gladiator who believed that the power of the pen could change the world.

The mystical rap master wrote and performed with Prince, T.C. Ellis, Sheila E., The Pointer Sisters, The Time, Cyndi Lauper, Tom Jones, Philip Bailey (Earth, Wind & Fire), Lonnie Gordon, Klaus Pruenster, Chuckii Booker, Michael Jordan, Tag Team, Jan Pulsford, Bobby Jones Gospel Choir, Chet Atkins, Felicia Collins, Robin Power aka Power Royal, Carmen Electra, Candy Dulfer, Donna McElroy, Neal Merrick Blackwood, Rodney Lawson, L.A. Jay, Legion of Doom, Chill Factor 4 and Ghetto Nation.

Sir Jam co-founded Rojam Records with business partner, Roland Obermuller in 1992 in Beverly Hills, California. The company soon moved to Austria and has had a lot of European success. He also started Smash Entertainment with Dino Delvaille, former vice-president of Sony, Urban Music Division and business entrepreneur, Thomas Page.

Today, Sir Jam raises money for film projects with Big Screen Funding. The first film, Your Mommy Kills Animals directed by Curt Johnson was released in July 2007. He also is the CEO and President of Regency Property Brokers, a high end real estate company in Denver, Colorado.
