Network commonwealth

A "network commonwealth" is a term of art described in the book The Anglosphere Challenge by author James C. Bennett.

Structurally, a network commonwealth is a web of bilateral and multilateral intergovernmental structures, agreements, and ties. Collectively, those ties form the framework for the deeper and broader network of nongovernmental ties that link (primarily) Anglosphere civil society together. The network commonwealth structure and the web of civil-society ties that function within its framework form the institutional backbone of a network civilization.

Bennett believes the Anglosphere is particularly well-suited to using a network commonwealth to solve technological, economic, and military problems.
