Boxing Union of Ireland

The Boxing Union of Ireland (BUI) is the governing and sanctioning body for professional boxing in Ireland. [cite web | author=Press Release | title="EBU - Affiliated Federations" | work=European Boxing Union| url=http://www.boxebu.com/federation.htm| accessdate=10 August | accessyear=2007]

The BUI is based at Chancery Place in Dublin and the current president is Mel Christie.

Amateur boxing in Ireland is run by the separate Irish Amateur Boxing Association (IABA).
