January 24 1963 , inChicago ,Illinois ) is a retired American professionalbasketball player. He is a 6'2" (188 cm) 180 lb (82 kg) guard and played competitively at Marshall High School, Northeastern Oklahoma A & M Junior College and theUniversity of Utah . He played 120 games in the NBA from 1988 to 1991 averaging 5.4ppg, 2.1apg and 1.2rpg in 12.6mpg.Upshaw played 9 games with the
