Punjab Lok Congress Party

Punjab Lok Congress Party, a political party in Punjab, India. PLC was formed by Nationalist Congress Party Ludhiana Rural District chief Rashpal Singh Gill. PLC was founded on March 12 2002, following the poor performance of NCP in the 2002 Punjab state assembly elections.
