As of 2006, there were 12,850 people, 4,578 households, and 3,465 families residing in the village. The
population density was 4,187.5 people per square mile (1,617.8/km²). There were 4,772 housing units at an average density of 1,638.9/sq mi (633.2/km²). The racial makeup of the village was 43.61% White, 41.14%African American , 0.19% Native American, 1.75% Asian, 0.02%Pacific Islander , 2.76% from other races, and 5.29% from two or more races.Hispanic orLatino of any race were 10.61% of the population, including 6.2% of Mexican descent.The top four non-African American, non-Hispanic ancentries reported in Justice as of the 2000 census were Polish (24.2%), German (13.1%), Irish (11.8%) and Italian (5.7%). Justice is the home for the famous Jimmy's drive in on Roberts Rd.

Elementary and Middle school students attend schools in Indian Springs school District 109. High school students go on to
