He is a right back, but has played left back as well.
Career
Dabo began his career with ASC Yeggo and he then joined Ligue 1 side AS Saint-Étienne's youth academy when he was 14 years old.[2] In the summer of 2004 he was promoted to the Ligue 1 side.
In May 2010, he signed a 4-year contract with La Liga side Sevilla FC on free transfer.[3]
In August 2011, he signed a 4-year contract with Ligue 1 side Olympique Lyonnais.[4] The cost of the transfer amounts to € 1 million and 800,000 in incentives.
International career
Dabo played for the Senegal national under-17 football team and in 17 caps for the France national under-21 football team.[5] He got his first call-up for France against Argentina on 11 February 2009.
