The station is bilingual, broadcasting in both English and French.format that has made him a local celebrity.

Denis Rancourt is also the host of Thursday night program "Five O'Clock Train" at CHUO.The station's studios were formerly located in a walkway linking the university's Morriset Library with the Thompson student residence. In September 2005 the station moved to new facilities in the basement of the library building.
Currently, the station manager is Stephanie Kepman.
