Lee Abrams is a radio producer and programmer.

Abrams has been called "the most influential radio guru of his generation". He pioneered a form of audience measurement and psychographics and helped invent the album-oriented rock radio format. Abrams is a good friend of Eric Woolfson and Alan Parsons, better known as the Alan Parsons Project. He is often credited in their albums' liner notes as "Mr. Laser Beam" ('Laser Beam' being an anagram of Lee Abrams). The Project song "Let's Talk About Me" features a brief spoken intro by Abrams as well.

On March 11, 2008, Abrams submitted his resignation to XM. He was announced March 11, 2008 as the Chief Innovation Officer for the Tribune Company. Lee has been instrumental in the relaunch of cable channel WGN America and the newspapers owned by Tribune, convincingly demonstrating his radio producing and programming skills.
