Fresh Ministries

Fresh Ministries

Fresh Ministries is a non-profit charity based in Jacksonville, Florida. Founded by Rev. Dr. Robert V. Lee, III in 1994, the organization has a number of ties to other local and national charitable groups. Fresh Ministries sponsors efforts such as financial literacy, youth mentoring, and other programs aimed at urban renewal, particularly in the
Springfield area of Jacksonville. In some cases, these programs are funded with private or public grants, and Fresh Ministries attempts to make them self-sustaining, spinning them off from the parent group, but retaining close enough ties to work together cohesively. One of their programs, Fresh Futures, involves pairing college-age mentors with middle school aged children from the local community. It receives some support from the Jacksonville Jaguars.
