"Street Villains Vol. 2" is the third mixtape presented by American hip hop musician Necro and his brother Ill Bill, released on July 4, 2005 by Psycho+Logical-Records. It is the second installment of the "Street Villains" mixtape collection. The mixtape features nine freestyles, many of which are mixed over popular commercial beats, hence the lack of a catalog number and the no frills packaging the disc comes in.

The album contains 11 studio tracks and nine freestyles. Featured artists on the mixtape include Necro (who performs on 16 songs), Necro's brother Ill Bill (who performs on 12 songs), The Circle of Tyrants (who perform on two songs), Q-Unique (who performs on two songs), Mr. Hyde (who performs on five songs), Charles Manson (albeit a sample), Secret Society (who perform on only one song), Big Pun, Joe, Michael Jackson (also sampled) and Sabac (who performs on only one song). Featured guests on the mixtape include Uncle Howie and Dilenia.

"Reflection of Children Coming Up in the Grave" from Necro's 2004 album "The Pre-Fix for Death" was remixed for this release, with a new verse recorded by Ill Bill exclusively for the remix. "Still Not a Player" from Big Pun's 1998 album "Capital Punishment" was remixed for this release, with a new verse recorded by Necro exclusively. "Bury You with Satan" from Necro's 2001 album "Gory Days" was remixed for this release, with a new verse again recorded by Ill Bill exclusively. "Nasty Boy", a b-side from The Notorious B.I.G.'s 1997 album "Life After Death", was remixed for this release with a new verse recorded again by Necro exclusively. Also, "Murder Ya Life" from Necro and Ill Bill's 2003 mixtape "Street Villains Vol. 1" was remixed for this release, with an alternate chorus sampling Michael Jackson's vocals from Rockwell's 1984 single "Somebody's Watching Me" (the remix samples the beat from the song as well).
