"Wii Exercise", also known as "Shape Boxing: Wii de Enjoy! Diet wii exercise", is an upcoming video game for Nintendo's Wii video game console, in development by video game developer Rocket Company.cite web|url=http://www.siliconera.com/2007/08/02/wait-a-second%e2%80%a6-wii-exercise/|title=Wait a second... Wii Exercise?|date=2007-08-02|accessdate=2007-08-04|publisher=Siliconera|last=Spencer] Although originally set to be released in 2007, the date had came and passed, and Rocket Company’s Hiroyuki Hashida had then stated the games development was still at "an early stage", however an official release date has since been announced. Though originally planned to be called "Tai Sukkiri! Exercise", GameSpot had recently updated the game's page with the new title, "Shape Boxing: Wii de Enjoy! Diet wii exercise".

Gameplay

Unlike the similar "Wii Fit", "Wii Exercise" originally did not plan to utilize an external peripheral. However, in addition to giving players an aerobic exercise by teaching them boxing moves, it has been announced that it will feature support for the Wii Balance Board.
