Regan, 1921Marley's butterflyfish (Chaetodon marleyi) is a species of fish in the Chaetodontidae family. It is also called the doubledash or doublesash butterflyfish.[1] It is found in Mozambique and South Africa, and is an ornamental fish. Its closest relative is the West African Chaetodon hoefleri.[2]
It feeds on polychaetes, crustaceans, hydroids and ascidians.[2]
