Early American Roots is an album and compact disc with twenty-two instrumental songs and musical instruments heard on them by Hesperus published on April 22, 1997.

Instrumentation

The concert uses instruments such as the recorder, baroque violin, viola da gamba, flageolet, hammered dulcimer, baroque guitar, and cittern.
