Fraserburgh Herald

The "Fraserburgh Herald" is a local newspaper serving Fraserburgh, a town in the north-east of Scotland. It is a sister paper of the "Buchan Observer" and "Ellon Times". Ken Short, who edited the "Ellon Times" for two years after a year-long stint as a reporter at the Extra series of free newspapers in Glasgow, is the new Editor, who took over the helm from former incumbent Alex Shand in Januray 2008. Reporters are Mark Jackson, Chief Reporter, Alison Noble, reporter and Gary Cruden, reporter. The paper is renowned for its local coverage of the vibrant community that is "The Broch".
