The Santa Cruz-Chembur Link Road (SCLR) is currently under construction in Mumbai which is a capital of Maharashtra in India.

It is expected to be completed in over a year (2008 q4) by Diwali and is currently running over a year behind schedule. It will be a 'double decker' flyover almost 6.5 km long. The current cost of this World Bank project is over Rs. 550 Crore (US$ 125 million) from a initial estimate of Rs. 110 Crore (5x original cost).

The SCLR and JVLR (Jogeshwari-Vikhroli Link Road) are some of the projects of the MMRDA.
