Sir Harry Edward de Robillard Wetherall (born 1889; died 1979) was an officer in the
British Army duringWorld War I andWorld War II .Lieutenant-General Wetherall commanded the 11th African Division during the East African Campaign. He was part of the "Southern Front" for this campaign. Wetherall commanded the 11th African Division during the advance fromKenya , throughItalian Somaliland , and intoEthiopia .On
23 November 1941 , with the campaign all but over, the 11th African Division was disbanded. Wetherall became the acting General Officer Commanding of the East Africa Force.In 1943, Wetherall moved on to
