Computer Task Group, Incorporated (NASDAQ: CTGX) is a company that provides information technology staffing and solutions and application management outsourcing. CTG was founded in 1966 by Randolph A. Marks and G. David Baer in Buffalo, New York. By 1969 CTG went public.
Beside the US headquarters and branch offices CTG has offices in Belgium, Luxembourg, United Kingdom and Germany. In 2004 the former Dutch office became an independent company under its old name Rendeck. As of July 2007 the company CTG employs more than 3,300 people worldwide.
CTG Belgium also created a software testing methodology, STBox, based on more than 20 years of experience in software testing.
