Qazi Mohammad Ziaur Rashid is a First class and List A cricketer from Bangladesh. He was born on 19th March 1968 in Jessore, Khulna and is a right handed batsman and off break bowler. Sometimes referred to on scoresheets by his nickname Rupam, he played for Biman Bangladesh Airlines in 2000/01.

He just missed out on recording a first class fifty, with a best of 49 against Rajshahi Division and took 3 for 53 against Dhaka Metropolis. His best limited overs knock, 40, was scored against Chittagong Division and he took 3 for 30 against Dhaka Division in the same competition.
