Scott Michael Foster (born March 4, 1985) is an American actor presently starring as "Cappie," a rowdy fraternity brother, on the ABC Family TV Series "Greek".

Biography

Early life

Foster was born in Winfield, Illinois at Central Dupage Hospital, a medical center outside of his town. He later moved to Texas as a young man and grew up in Flower Mound, Texas, outside of Dallas where he became interested in acting as early as elementary school.He went to Briarhill Middle School. He attended Edward S. Marcus High School, and was a part of theatre until he graduated in 2003. He participated in "Father of the Bride" his freshman year. He attended Collin County Community College for one semester with a focus on acting, but soon left his studies to pursue a professional career in that field.

Personal life

Career

Foster moved to Los Angeles, California, where he signed up for background work whenever he could. A representative from the same agency that represented Jerry Seinfeld came to Foster's acting class and signed him 6 months later. He did commercials and voice-acting. He was in smaller films like "Forever Charlie" before receiving a major role in "Greek". He also has a band called Siren's Eye.

2007: "The Game" on The CW (1 episode: "Hit Me With Your Best Shot") as Brandon, the brother of Brittany Daniel's character..

2007: "Women's Murder Club" (1 episode: "Blind Dates and Bleeding Hearts") as Milo Bishop.

2008: "Quarterlife" (3 episodes: "Pilot", "Compromise" and "Anxiety") as Jed Berland- an internet drama that premiered November 11, 2007 on MySpace and November 12, 2007 on [http://www.quarterlife.com] . This role granted him recognition in the acting community.

2007- present: "Greek" as Cappie, president of the fictional fraternity Kappa Tau Gamma.
