Dreamland is a 1999 novel by American author Kevin Baker, published by HarperCollins Publishers.[1][2] It centers on the colorful underworld of turn-of-the-century New York City, with much of the action taking place in the Coney Island amusement park of Dreamland.
It is written about the adventure park which was built in Coney Island. It focuses on the information we have about the main acts and rides there. It also explains how the park was destroyed by a fire. Many of the characters are fiction, but based on true characters that have been recorded.
