Sheffield Ingalls

Sheffield Ingalls ( March 28, 1875 - January 17, 1937)) was a banker, attorney [ [http://skyways.lib.ks.us/KSL/ref/legislators/membi.html Skyways Library, Kansas Legislators] ] and politician in the state of Kansas. He served as Lieutenant Governor of Kansas from 1913-1915 [ [http://www.kshs.org/genealogists/individuals/officials/ltgovernors.htm#ingalls Kansas State Historical Society, Lt. Governors] ] under George Hartshorn Hodges. Outside of politics, he was a successful investor and banker in Atchison, Kansas [ [http://skyways.lib.ks.us/genweb/archives/1912/i3/ingalls_sheffield.html Kansas Skyways, Sheffield Ingalls] ] .
