Randolph-Sheppard Act

Randolph-Sheppard Act

The Randolph-Sheppard Act, usc|20|107 et seq., is a federal law that gives a preference to blind persons to operate vending facilities on public property. The Act was first passed by the United States Congress in 1936. The Act was most recently amended in 1974 by Public Law 93-651, the "Rehabilitation Act Amendments of 1974".
