Pablo Pinillos Caro, Pinillos (born 9 July 1974 in Murillo de Rio Leza, La Rioja), is a Spanish football player, currently for Racing de Santander of the Spanish "La Liga". His usual position is right defender, and he is team captain.

Pinillos played professionally for modest teams in his early years. After an uneventful 2-year stint with Deportivo de La Coruña, he moved to second division outfits CD Toledo, SD Compostela and Levante UD, with whom he achieved top flight status in 2003-04.

Upon Levante's relegation, Pinillos joined Cantabria's Racing de Santander, where he was an undisputed defensive starter, instrumental in the side's 2007-08 historical UEFA Cup qualification.
