Biographical Information

Harry was born September 4 1946. He is married to his wife Mary, two children. He retired from Law Enforcement and was a Business Employer. He did his graduate work at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. His undergraduate work was in Speech and Communication at Carson Newman College. Graduate of Maryville High School.
