National Song (Montserrat)

National Song (Montserrat)

National Song is the local anthem of Montserrat (God Save the Queen being the National Anthem). It was approved in 1992 by the Her Majesty's Government for use following a contest for the island's own song.

Chief Minister Reuben Meade wanted Montserrat to have its own local anthem for sporting events and celebration of the island's unique heritage.
