Meryatum (20th dynasty)

Meryatum (20th dynasty)

Meryatum was an Ancient Egyptian prince, a son of Pharaoh Ramesses III. His name can also be found as "Ramesses Meryatum."dodson, p.193]

Like many of his brothers, he was named after a son of Ramesses II, Meryatum, and like the 19th dynasty Meryatum, he was the High Priest of Ra in Heliopolis. He is depicted in his father's temple at Medinet Habu. He outlived his father was High Priest under the reigns of his brother Ramesses IV and his nephew Ramesses V; his name is mentioned in the Wilbour Papyrus written around that time.
