Council of Ministers of Italy

In Italy the Council of Ministers is the name of the government, composed of the President of the Council (that is, the Italian prime minister), the ministers, and by the undersecretary to the President of the Council. In Italy the President of the Republic can not participate to the Council of Ministers because he is not a member of the government.

List of Italian Ministers

The current italian government is led by Silvio Berlusconi at his 4th office. The government has 21 Ministers, of this 9 are without portfolio. The current italian government also has 38 under secretaries, for a total of 60 members.
