"Gogo" is a small genus of catfishes (order Siluriformes) of the family Anchariidae. It includes four species, "G. arcuatus", "G. atratus", "G. brevibarbis", and "G. ornatus".cite journal|url=http://silurus.acnatsci.org/ACSI/library/biblios/2007_Ferraris_Catfish_Checklist.pdf|title=Checklist of catfishes, recent and fossil (Osteichthyes: Siluriformes), and catalogue of siluriform primary types|first=Carl J., Jr.|last=Ferraris|journal=Zootaxa|volume=1418|pages=1–628|year=2007|format=PDF] cite journal|title=Revision of the endemic Malagasy catfish family Anchariidae (Teleostei: Siluriformes), with descriptions of a new genus and three new species|first=Heok Hee|last=Ng|coauthors=Sparks, John S.|year=2005|journal=Ichthyol. "Gogo" species are all endemic to freshwater rivers in eastern Madagascar; they are primarily found in highland habitats with clear, swift water. "G. arcuatus" is found in the Sandrananta River basin and "G. ornatus" from the Mangoro River basin; "G. brevibarbis" is only known from the holotype, which is apparently from the Mananjary River basin. "G. atratus" is from the Mananara du Nord River drainage in northeastern Madagascar. These fish range in size from about 17.1–25.0 centimetres (6.7–9.8 in) in length.FishBase species|genus=Gogo|species=arcuatus|year=2007|month=July] FishBase species|genus=Gogo|species=brevibarbis|year=2007|month=July] FishBase species|genus=Gogo|species=ornatus|year=2007|month=July]

"G. atratus" is strictly nocturnal. It reproduces at the end of the dry season and at the onset of the rainy season. The size of the eggs suggests that this species exhibits parental care, though this is unproven. "G. atratus" feed on aquatic insects and small freshwater shrimp.
