Edward Evershed (
November 3 ,1867 —February 18 ,1957 ) was an Englishcricket er. He was a right-handed batsman and a wicket-keeper who played for Derbyshire in 1898. Evershed was born inStapenhill (then in Derbyshire), the son of Sydney Evershed the brewer and MP for Burton, and died inHandsworth Wood .
