History

Founded in 1942 by Abraham Rabinovitch, Moriah started as a small school by any standards and was constantly underfunded. Harold Nagley, the first principal of Moriah, travelled door to door in an attempt to gain pupils. However in recent years it has grown immensely and is now situated on the
the huge Queens park campus.
