Casey P. Hoorelbeke (born April 4 1980 in Torrance, California, USA) is a Minor League Baseball pitcher.

Hoorelbeke, a right-handed pitcher, graduated from Coeur d’Alene High School in Idaho, where he lettered four years in baseball and two years in basketball and was an All-State and All-League selection in baseball and an All-League selection in basketball. As a senior, Casey started on Coeur d'Alene High School's 1998 State Champion Basketball team. He was drafted by the Florida Marlins in the 29th round of the 2000 draft but did not sign. Eventually signed with the Los Angeles Dodgers as an undrafted free agent on April 11 2003. Played with the Class-"A" Vero Beach Dodgers in 2004-2005, going 9-3 with a 2.40 ERA in 42 games out of the bullpen in 2005. Played with the "AA" Jacksonville Suns in 2006 and accumulated a 2-2 record with a terrific 2.63 era in 52 games with 7 saves. Promoted to the Triple-A Las Vegas 51s for the 2007 season, he went 4-4 with a 5.55 ERA in 63 games, appearing in the second-most amount of games of any pitcher in Minor League Baseball during the 2007 season.
